Job summary

ACCA Careers in London is seeking a Finance Manager to oversee day-to-day financial activities within the Accounting & Finance department for an Ethical consumer lending FinTech.

You will own statutory reporting (FRS 102), FP&A and Lending Operations, ensuring accurate reporting, robust controls, and reliable budgets. Hybrid work from office/home with discretionary bonus and strong benefits.

Qualifications

• Accounting qualification is required.
• Experience managing core finance activities and financial reporting and controls.
• Exposure to lenders/retail banks/FinTech preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day finance activities to keep records accurate and up to date.
• Prepare regular financial reports including annual Statutory Reporting with FRS 102.
• Oversee financial planning (FP&A) and budgeting processes.
• Review financial data, identify key movements and explain findings clearly.
• Support lending operations oversight, reconciling loans to accounts and customer flows.
• Improve finance processes to enhance reporting efficiency.
