Job summary

Cledara in London is seeking a Finance Analyst to join our growing Finance team. This hands-on role covers day-to-day finance activities, improving controls, reporting and the overall quality of our financial information.

You will manage AR and AP, perform reconciliations, support month‑end close and management reporting, and help automate processes. We value organised, proactive professionals with strong Excel skills and fluent English.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, Controlling or FP&A.
• Solid understanding of core accounting principles.
• Hands-on with AR, AP, reconciliations and month-end processes.
• Experience with multi-entity or international environments is desirable.
• Fluent English and strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts receivable across entities, monitor outstanding balances and collections.
• Process accounts payable, coding, posting and supplier inquiries.
• Prepare bank and balance sheet reconciliations and support month-end close.
• Support reporting, KPIs and management reporting as the function evolves.
• Identify issues, document controls, and contribute to process improvements.
