Job summary

CMA Recruitment Group is supporting a growing organisation in appointing a Finance Analyst. The role sits at the heart of the finance function, delivering automated reporting and KPI improvements across multiple entities from the office in the United Kingdom.

You will streamline data structures, build scalable Excel/Power BI models, and partner with the Finance Manager and project teams to boost decision-making through reliable reporting solutions. Salary £35,000–£40,000 depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Advanced Excel skills including formulas, PivotTables and data analysis techniques.
• Interest or knowledge in Power Query/Power Pivot or other BI tools with a proactive learning attitude.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy with large datasets.

Responsibilities

• Assist with development, automation, and optimisation of reporting processes.
• Manage finance and operational data, investigate discrepancies and reconcile data.
• Support system administration, testing, and upgrades to improve functionality.
• Collaborate with finance on budgeting, forecasting, and ad hoc analysis.
