Job summary

Arch Europe Insurance Services Ltd is seeking a Finance Optimisation Analyst in Manchester to drive smarter reporting, automation and process improvements across Workday, Alteryx, DUCO, Sigma and Anaplan.

The role requires curiosity, problem-solving ability and experience with the listed systems, collaborating with Finance and business stakeholders to deliver practical solutions and enhanced data visibility.

Qualifications

Degree in Accounting/Finance or related discipline.
ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualification (or working towards) preferred.
Experience with financial reporting and optimisation systems is beneficial.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain Finance reporting solutions across Workday, Sigma, Alteryx, DUCO and Anaplan, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and controls.
Design, develop and maintain Workday composite reports and discovery boards to deliver accurate and insightful information.
Build and maintain Alteryx workflows to automate Finance processes, transform data and reduce manual effort.
Support the development, enhancement and expansion of Anaplan models for planning, forecasting and performance management.
Identify and implement practical AI solutions to improve financial reporting, automation, analysis and operational effectiveness.
