Overview

We are seeking a talented and motivated full‑time Finance Analyst to join our Finance Department at an exciting time of business growth and transformation. This role is ideal for someone with strong analytical skills and a keen interest in finance, looking to develop their career within a fast‑paced and supportive team environment. A-level educated (or equivalent).

Responsibilities
  • Perform daily cash reconciliations to ensure payment activity aligns with company records.
  • Reconcile operational accounts and monitor cash positions.
  • Support accurate period‑end financial reporting.
  • Facilitate payouts of approved loans.
  • Assist in producing financial reports and analysis for management.
  • Handle finance‑related queries from internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Liaise with customers, suppliers, and manage debtor/creditor communications.
  • Help resolve ad‑hoc finance queries as needed.
Qualifications
  • Studying/planning to study AAT, ACCA, or CIMA.
  • 1+ year’s experience in a finance or accounting role (mortgage, credit, or financial services a plus).
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skill.
  • Confident communicator with a problem‑solving mindset.
