Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Finance AI Architect to lead end-to-end architecture for agentic finance solutions. You will govern LLM-based systems, define secure integration with ERP/EPM, and collaborate with CIOs and CFOs to transition from proof of value to production.

You will shape patterns for deployment, ensure reliability, and establish standards across multiple pods while managing risk, cost and performance in a regulated finance environment.

Qualifications

• Production agentic or LLM systems delivered in an enterprise setting.
• Substantial architecture background covering distributed systems and cloud platforms.
• Hands-on depth in LLM application architecture, including RAG and vector retrieval.
• Evaluation and reliability engineering for LLM systems.
• Secure AI delivery and GDPR/EU AI Act considerations.
• Ability to translate finance-process requirements into executable architecture.
• 6+ years of relevant professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the reference architecture for finance agents, including memory and retrieval.
• Set model selection and routing strategies across platforms with cost and latency considerations.
• Design the control plane with identity, access and auditability.
• Own non-functional architecture for scalability, security and cost efficiency.
• Define LLMOps and AgentOps standards and acceptance criteria.
• Define secure integration patterns with ERP/EPM platforms.
• Lead technical responses to CFO/CIO stakeholders from discovery to production.
• Establish engineering standards and reusable patterns.
