Job summary

Accenture is seeking an Finance AI Architect at Associate Director level to lead end-to-end architecture for agentic finance solutions. You will shape orchestration, memory, retrieval and the secure, scalable deployment of AI across ERP/EPM platforms, working with client CFO and CIO stakeholders.

You will set standards for LLMOps, responsible AI, and production readiness while guiding through discovery to production transitions and contributing to enterprise-wide value delivery.

Qualifications

• Production agentic or LLM systems in enterprise environments.
• 12+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience with RAG, embeddings and vector retrieval.
• Security, privacy and governance for AI delivery.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the reference architecture for finance agents, including memory, retrieval and orchestration.
• Set model selection and routing strategy across models and cloud platforms, balancing cost, latency and reliability.
• Design the control plane with identity, access controls, auditability and explainability.
• Own non-functional architecture for scalability, resilience, security, cost efficiency.
• Define LLMOps and AgentOps standards and production acceptance criteria.
• Define secure integration patterns for ERP/EPM platforms and enterprise tools.
• Provide technical authority in pursuits and client engagements from discovery to production.
• Establish engineering standards and mentor the team.
• Define measurable outcomes with finance leads (quality, automation, cost to serve).
