Job summary

Accenture UK is seeking a Finance AI Architect to lead end-to-end architecture for agentic finance solutions, spanning RAG, embeddings, memory and secure integration with ERP/EPM systems. You will drive non-functional architecture, LLMOps standards and cross‑pod collaboration to deliver production‑ready capabilities.

You will present to CFO/CIO stakeholders, shape architecture decisions, and ensure scalable, secure, compliant delivery across enterprise finance environments.

Qualifications

• Production agentic or LLM systems delivered at scale in enterprise environments.
• Distributed architecture with API and event design on major cloud platforms.
• Hands-on depth in LLM application architecture including RAG and vector retrieval.
• Evaluation, reliability engineering and monitoring for AI systems in production.
• Secure AI delivery with privacy, GDPR and model risk considerations.
• Ability to communicate trade-offs to senior technical and finance stakeholders.
• Translate finance processes into executable architecture and criteria.
• At least 6 years of relevant professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain reference architecture for finance agents, including RAG, memory, retrieval and governance.
• Set model routing strategies across proprietary and public models with cost and latency focus.
• Design control planes with identity, access controls and auditability.
• Own non-functional architecture for scalability, resilience, security and cost efficiency.
• Define LLMOps and AgentOps standards and production acceptance criteria.
• Define secure integration patterns for ERP/EPM platforms and data services.
• Provide technical authority in client engagements from discovery to production.
• Establish engineering standards and mentoring across the team.
• Define measurable outcomes with finance/value leads on quality and cost to serve.
