Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Finance AI Architect (Associate Director) to lead end-to-end architecture for enterprise finance AI solutions. You will shape agent topology, orchestration, memory, and secure data handling while engaging CIOs and CFOs to translate business needs into production-ready capabilities.

You will drive LLMOps/AgentOps standards, set model governance, and guide cross-pod teams on scalable, compliant delivery across ERP/EPM integrations and data services.

Qualifications

• Production agentic or LLM systems delivered in an enterprise setting.
• Architecture background covering distributed systems and API design.
• Hands-on depth in LLM app architecture (RAG, embeddings, graph retrieval).
• Evaluation and reliability engineering for LLM systems.
• Secure AI delivery, privacy controls and GDPR considerations.
• Ability to communicate trade-offs to technical and finance executives.
• Translate finance processes into executable architecture.
• At least 12 years’ relevant professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain reference architecture for finance agents.
• Set model routing strategy across models and cloud platforms.
• Design control plane with identity, auditability and governance.
• Own non-functional architecture: security, latency, cost efficiency.
• Define MLOps/AgentOps standards and production criteria.
• Define secure integration patterns with ERP/EPM and APIs.
• Provide technical authority in pursuits and client interactions.
• Establish engineering standards and reusable patterns.
• Define measurable outcomes with finance leads (cost, quality, adoption).
