Job summary

Nub News is seeking a Finance Administrator in Warwick on a permanent, full-time basis. The role focuses on ownership of supplier invoices, reconciliations, and resolving ledger discrepancies within a friendly, growing team.

You will support month-end processes, liaise with sales and supply teams, and benefit from AAT study support and a structured training program as you develop in your finance career.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of queries across a busy inbox and reconcile discrepancies.
• Investigate why items don’t reconcile and drive to resolution.
• Build relationships with sales, project and supply teams.
• Process supplier invoices accurately and efficiently.
• Set up and maintain supplier account records.
• Support month-end reconciliations and audit requests.
