Job summary

Trinity House Group is seeking a Finance Administrator to join a busy, friendly finance team in Warwick. The role focuses on resolving discrepancies, processing supplier invoices, and maintaining supplier records.

You will own queries, build relationships across teams and support month-end reconciliations, with training provided and access to AAT study support. A stable, growing business offers real development opportunities.

Qualifications

Genuine curiosity about why numbers don’t balance and a desire to resolve discrepancies.
Confident, proactive communicator who resolves queries rather than letting them pile up.
Ability to build relationships and work well in a sociable finance team.

Responsibilities

Taking ownership of incoming queries across a busy inbox and chasing resolutions.
Investigating why something doesn’t reconcile and following it through to completion.
Building strong relationships with sales, project and supply teams.
Processing supplier invoices accurately and efficiently.
Setting up and maintaining supplier accounts and reconciling statements.
Handling overhead orders and queries for the wider group.
Reconciling credit card statements and managing multi-location invoices.
Supporting month-end reconciliations and audit requests.
