Job Description

  • Process and manage invoices, payments and other financial transactions
  • Reconcile accounts and maintain accurate financial records
  • Assist with preparation of reports and budgets
  • Coordinate with other departments
  • Handle supplier and customer queries related to payments and billing
  • Maintain confidential financial information and ensure data accuracy.

The Successful Applicant

A successful 'Finance Administrator' should have:

  • Previous experience in a finance or administrative role
  • Familiarity with financial software and MS Office.
  • Excellent communication, organisational and time-management skills
  • A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Attention to detail with the ability to spot discrepancies
