WSR are recruiting for a Finance Administrator for our esteemed client in Milton Keynes. Immediate start.
Job Title: Finance Administrator
Location: Milton Keynes - Office Based
Pay Rate: £13 to £14 p/h
Duration: Temporary - 12 weeks
Reports To: Finance Director
Administrator Job Overview:
Our client is seeking a Finance Administrator to join their team on a temporary basis The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service, collaborating closely with our finance team, and ensuring that all accounting tasks are completed efficiently with a focus on Purchase Ledger tasks.
Finance Administrator Key Responsibilities:
* Reconcile closed projects.
* Manage sales invoice reconciliation.
* Record sales invoices in Gross Profit accounts.
* Update purchase ledger records in Gross Profit accounts.
* File purchase ledger documents.
* Provide purchase ledger support as needed.
* Reconcile corporate card and cash expenses.
Finance Administrator Key Competencies:
* Strong attention to detail.
* Adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic work environment.
* Proficiency in Excel.
* Experience with SAGE, Xero, or similar accounting software.
* A willingness to learn.
* Experience working in a Finance Administration Role
Finance Administrator Benefits:
* Monday to Thursday 07:30am to 4:30pm. 3:30pm finish on a Friday
* Lunch & breakfast items provided for all employees.
