Job summary

Juice Recruitment is partnering with a long-standing client to fill a finance admin role in Bath. The successful candidate will act as the glue between departments, processing work orders quickly and accurately while ensuring currency and margins are correct. The role requires detail orientation and Excel proficiency, with hybrid working and weekly pay.

The assignment is for 3 months with potential extension. A driving license is preferred due to location and access to free parking is available.

Qualifications

• Confident raising work orders.
• Previous finance admin exposure preferred.
• Keen eye for detail.
• Confident Excel user.
• Driver, due to location.

Responsibilities

• Raising work orders ( approx. 50 per day)
• Ensuring correct currency is on the work orders
• Adding correct margin to the work orders so clients are billed correctly
• Working with wider logistics teams to ensure priority WO are raised in priority order
• General administration
