The successful candidate will manage direct debits, payments, and customer queries, while keeping supplier details up to date. A keen eye for accuracy and a structured, process-driven approach are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Solid admin skills with a high level of accuracy.
• Structured, process-led working style.
• Confident using Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Sales or purchase ledger experience is a bonus but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Set up and manage direct debit mandates.
• Process card and cheque payments.
• Communicate with clients about payments and queries.
• Handle refunds, arrears, and standing orders.
• Keep supplier bank details up to date and process payments.
