Job summary

Juice Recruitment is seeking an Administrator for a 3–6 month temporary assignment in Bath, with the potential for extension. The role requires confident Excel skills, data handling, and strong administrative capability. You will raise invoices and work orders, review data, and support scheduling across the planning team.

Qualifications

• Strong administrative knowledge and confidence with Excel.
• Excellent multitasking ability, preferably in a product environment.
• Driver required due to location; full-time on-site role.
• 3–6 months temporary assignment with potential extension.
• Strong numeric aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Daily use of the internal document management system.
• Raising invoices, work orders and reviewing data in the system.
• Ensuring data is entered correctly and on time.
• Help planning team to schedule work with on the ground departments.
• Maintain planning documentation, certificates and schedules.
• Update internal systems with work timelines.
• Collaborate across departments to ensure smooth processes.
• Ad-hoc wider administrative support as needed.
