Job summary

JUICE RECRUITMENT in Bath is seeking a proactive Sales Support Administrator to join a growing team. You’ll play a key part in ensuring smooth order processing for large retailers and independents, coordinating with warehouse and accounts, and delivering excellent customer service on delivery, shipping and new products.

This role offers a hybrid working model after training, with a 3-month onboarding period, and 22 days’ holiday plus bank holidays (rising after two years).

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar sales support, customer service or order processing role.
• Experience with retailers and key accounts in an office setting.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills with adaptable communication style.
• Excellent organisational skills and high attention to detail.
• Proactive approach with ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Confident using Excel on a daily basis.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for retailers regarding supply chain and order queries.
• Process customer orders and liaise with the warehouse team to ensure timely dispatch.
• Update customers on stock availability and proactively manage forecast orders.
• Work closely with sales representatives to onboard new customers and provide product data.
• Resolve issues relating to deliveries, lost stock, or product quality.
• Organise samples for key accounts and manage tight deadlines.
• Attend trade shows when required.
• Check customer credit and liaise with the accounts team to ensure smooth order processing.
