Job summary

Norgine is seeking a Finance Administrative Assistant to support the Operational Accounting team. The role focuses on maintaining accurate financial records, supporting compliance, and ensuring key accounting processes run efficiently.

You will collaborate with the Senior Accountant and finance colleagues, contributing to continuous improvements and ensuring integrity of financial data across the function.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Administrative, Finance, Accounting or shared-services environment.
• Proficient in Excel and data reporting.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain financial master data within the finance system (supplier, employee, ledger, account, cost centre).
• Support banking and month-end activities, including payment approvals and bank reporting.
• Assist with audit requirements, statutory reporting and Transfers of Value reporting.
• Support product costing activities and ongoing process improvements in Operational Accounting.
• Provide administrative and operational support to the Senior Accountant and wider Finance team.
