• 5+ years in B2B sales or business development; logistics/platform/marketplace experience strongly preferred.
• Proven track record of winning new business and hitting revenue targets.
• CRM discipline with HubSpot, Salesforce or similar; price-to-win mindset.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle end to end: prospect, discovery, demo, negotiate, close, onboard.
• Build a structured outbound pipeline via cold outreach, referrals and networking.
• Sell fixed-route solutions with recurring volume and margin potential.
• Reactivate dormant accounts and reposition offers to drive revenue.
• Develop platform adoption via self-serve booking, portal usage and API integration.
