Job summary

Safetykleen is seeking a driven Field-Based New Business Development Manager to win new business across the territory, delivering waste solutions to industrial and commercial clients. You will visit sites, build tailored proposals and manage opportunities from first meeting to close.

The role offers a base salary of £32,000–£38,000 plus uncapped commission (£60,000 OTE) and a £5,200 car allowance, with 25 days holiday, private healthcare and pension.

Qualifications

• Proven field-based B2B new business sales experience.
• Experience selling into industrial, commercial or technical environments.
• Strong prospecting, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• A consultative sales approach and confidence conducting site visits.
• Experience using CRM to manage pipeline and activity.
• A full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Generate and convert new business opportunities.
• Visit customer sites to identify waste management needs.
• Build tailored commercial proposals.
• Manage opportunities from first meeting through to close.
• Work closely with branch and operations teams to deliver outstanding service.
