Job summary

Network Talent is seeking a Territory Account Manager to drive sales across Cheshire, Greater Manchester, Lancashire, Merseyside, Shropshire and Staffordshire. You will develop and execute territory plans, identify local authorities and education buyers, and build lasting relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

The role is field-based with a basic salary up to £44,000, plus a company car, pension, devices, and generous holiday.

Qualifications

• 2+ years sales experience; formal sales training would be a plus.
• Proven track record in exceeding targets.
• Must have a full, clean driving license.
• Experience selling to local authorities or the education sector would be a plus.
• Field sales / Territory sales / Area Sales / Regional Sales experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Developing and implementing sales strategies for the assigned territory to achieve revenues and exceed targets
• Identify potential new customers (local authorities, councils, education)
• Creating and maintaining relationships with new and existing customers; identifying their needs and providing solutions to ensure satisfaction and retention
• Stay on top of current market trends and analyse competitor activity; develop sales plans that respond to any changes accordingly
• Complete regular sales reporting on performance, trends, and customer feedback; deliver to senior management as required
• Collaborate with other internal teams to ensure effective and efficient operations across whole company
