P3 Charity in Cambridge is hiring a Tenancy Sustainment Worker to support housing-related needs and prevent homelessness. The role involves visiting clients at home and in the community to help them understand options and access services.

You will work 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm, with some travel. Full training provided; driving licence and access to a vehicle are required.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence required.
• Willing to travel to communities as needed.
• Experience is a bonus but not essential; full training provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide housing-related support to help tenancy sustainment.
• Visit clients at home and in community settings.
• Assist clients in understanding options and accessing services.
• Help prevent evictions and sustain tenancies.
