Vodafone is looking for a Field Engineer to cover Romford, Ilford, Docklands and surrounding areas. The role involves installing, commissioning and maintaining network equipment across fixed and mobile networks, with on-call duties and potential travel across North East London and Essex.

You will work in a safety-first environment, collaborating with multiple teams while delivering high-quality customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience installing, maintaining and troubleshooting telecommunications and network technologies.
• Ability to work across fixed and mobile networks.
• Willingness to undergo SC clearance checks.

Responsabilités

• Install, commission and maintain fixed and mobile network equipment to high standards.
• Diagnose faults, restore services and ensure service levels.
• Collaborate with field delivery teams and vendors to deliver excellent service.
• Champion safe working practices and follow health, safety and quality standards.
• Participate in a 24/7 callout rota and support multiple locations as needed.
