Vodafone UK is seeking a Field Engineer to install, commission and maintain our fixed and mobile network infrastructure across South London. You will work on-site, from rooftops to customer sites, with on-call duties and a 37.5-hour week.

The role requires hands-on telecoms or electronics experience, the ability to obtain UK SC security clearance, and a proactive approach to problem solving. A strong customer focus and safe working practices are essential.

Formación

• Experience in telecoms or electronics essential.
• Hands-on field experience required in network deployments.
• Ability to install, support, and troubleshoot telecoms networks.

Responsabilidades

• Install, commission and maintain network equipment to high safety standards.
• Work across mobile networks, transmission systems, microwave radio, fibre and copper infrastructure.
• Diagnose and resolve faults with minimal disruption.
• Climb towers and work at height with safety certifications.
• Collaborate with field teams and customers to deliver outcomes.
• Provide professional, customer-focused updates.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and operational excellence.
• Participate in a 24/7 callout rota and travel as needed.
• Maintain safety standards.
