Severn Trent Services is seeking a Field Technician to maintain and diagnose water and wastewater assets across a defined region. You will inspect, repair and maintain assets to quality standards while delivering strong customer service and providing daily feedback to identify follow-on work.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence is essential.
• No prior experience required; on-site training provided.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to field-based work.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day inspection, repair and maintenance of water and wastewater assets to defined quality standards.
• Deliver a high level of customer service.
• Provide quality daily job feedback to identify follow-on work and minimise failures for water quality.
• Provide support to customers and colleagues.
