Job Description:

We are looking to recruit IT Field Engineers to join our team in the Republic of Ireland. You will need to qualify for Garda clearance to work for us and be willing to travel to customer sites and our head office in Dublin when required.

We want to hear from you if you have:

• Experience assisting with the installation of equipment and materials according to contract manuals and procedural documents, meeting quality and time standards under the guidance of the Project Lead Engineer / Field Engineer.
• Provided technical support for installed solutions.
• Escalated issues via Field Engineer / Senior Engineer to Problem Management for ongoing incidents.
• Reviewed open incidents daily, actively managing workflow and utilization to close incidents.
• Ideally, IP experience and knowledge of network infrastructure products / PCs.
