Job Description:

Field Technician

We are seeking IT Field Engineers to join our team in the Republic of Ireland. Candidates must qualify for Garda clearance and be willing to travel to customer sites and our head office in Dublin as needed.

This role offers an excellent opportunity to work with a company delivering services to public sector clients and contributing to national safety and emergency services.

Ideal candidates will have demonstrable experience in:

• Assisting with the installation of equipment and materials, adhering to contract manuals and procedural standards under the guidance of the Project Lead Engineer / Field Engineer.
• Providing technical support for installed solutions, including break/fix support.
• Escalating issues to Problem Management for ongoing incidents of similar nature.
• Reviewing open incidents daily, managing workflow, and closing incidents efficiently.
• IP experience and knowledge of network infrastructure products and PCs are preferred.
