Field Technician

We are looking to recruit IT Field Engineers to join our team in the Republic of Ireland. You will need to qualify for Garda clearance to work for us and be willing to travel to customer sites and our head office in Dublin as needed.

This is a great opportunity to work for a company delivering services to public sector customers and to contribute to keeping the country safe and saving lives.

We want to hear from you if you have:

• Experience assisting with the installation of equipment and materials, following the latest contract manuals and procedures to meet quality and time standards under the guidance of the Project Lead Engineer / Field Engineer.
• Technical support experience for installed solutions, including break/fix support.
• Experience escalating issues through the appropriate channels for ongoing incidents.
• Ability to review and manage open incidents daily, overseeing your workflow and utilization.
• Ideally, IP experience and knowledge of network infrastructure products and PCs.
