Job Description:

Field Technician

We are looking to recruit IT Field Engineers to join our team in the Republic of Ireland. You will need to qualify for Garda clearance to work for us and be willing to travel to customer sites and our head office in Dublin when required.

This is an excellent opportunity to work for a company delivering services to public sector clients and to contribute to national safety and lifesaving efforts.

We want to hear from you if you meet the following criteria:

• Demonstrable experience assisting with the installation of equipment and materials, following the latest contract manuals and procedural documents to standards of quality and timeliness under the guidance of the Project Lead Engineer / Field Engineer.
• Providing technical support for installed solutions, including break/fix support for customers.
• Escalating issues via Field or Senior Engineers to Problem Management for ongoing incidents of similar nature.
• Reviewing and managing open incidents daily, actively overseeing your workflow and utilization to close incidents efficiently.
• Ideally, IP experience and knowledge of network infrastructure products and PC hardware.
