Field Technician

We are looking to recruit IT Field Engineers to join our team in the Republic of Ireland. You will need to qualify for Garda clearance and be willing to travel to customer sites and our head office in Dublin when required.

We want to hear from you if you have:

• Experience assisting with the installation of equipment and materials, following contract manuals and procedures to quality and time standards under the guidance of the Project Lead Engineer / Field Engineer.
• Provided technical support for installed solutions.
• Escalated issues via Field Engineer / Senior Engineer for ongoing incidents.
• Reviewed open incidents daily, managed your workflow, and closed incidents efficiently.
• Knowledge of IP networks and working with network infrastructure products / PCs is desirable.
