Field Technician

We are looking to recruit IT Field Engineers to join our team in the Republic of Ireland. You will need to qualify for Garda clearance to work for us and be willing to travel to customer sites and our head office in Dublin when required.

This is a great opportunity to work for a company that delivers services to public sector customers and contributes to national safety and life-saving efforts.

We want to hear from you if you have:

• Experience assisting with the installation of equipment and materials using current contract manuals and procedures, ensuring quality and timeliness under the guidance of the Project Lead Engineer / Field Engineer.
• Technical support experience for installed solutions, including break/fix support.
• Experience escalating issues via Field or Senior Engineers to Problem Management for ongoing incidents.
• Ability to review and manage open incidents daily, overseeing workflow and utilization.
• Ideally, IP experience and knowledge of network infrastructure and PC products.
