Field Technician

We are looking to recruit IT Field Engineers to join our team in the Republic of Ireland. You will need to qualify for Garda clearance to work for us and be willing to travel to customer sites and our head office in Dublin as needed.

We want to hear from you if you meet the following criteria:

• Demonstrable experience in assisting with the installation of equipment and materials, using current contract manuals and procedures to meet quality and time standards under the guidance of the Project Lead Engineer / Field Engineer.
• Providing technical support for installed solutions, including break/fix support.
• Escalating issues via Field or Senior Engineers to Problem Management for ongoing incidents.
• Reviewing and managing open incidents daily, actively overseeing your workflow and utilization to resolve issues efficiently.
• Ideally, IP experience and knowledge of network infrastructure products and PCs.
