Job Description:

We are looking to recruit IT Field Engineers to join our team in the Republic of Ireland. You will need to qualify for Garda clearance to work for us and be willing to travel to customer sites and our head office in Dublin as needed.

We want to hear from you if the following describes you:

• Demonstrable experience assisting with the installation of equipment and materials using latest contract manuals and procedural documents, ensuring quality and timeliness under the guidance of the Project Lead Engineer / Field Engineer.
• Providing technical support for installed solutions.
• Escalating issues via Field Engineer / Senior Engineer to Problem Management for ongoing incidents.
• Reviewing open incidents daily, actively managing your workflow and utilization to close incidents.
• Ideally, experience with IP and knowledge of network infrastructure products / PCs.
