Field Technician - Opportunity for Full Irish Travel (Previous Relevant Experience Required), Watford, Hertfordshire

We are seeking IT Field Engineers to join our team in the Republic of Ireland. Candidates must qualify for Garda clearance and be willing to travel to customer sites and our head office in Dublin as needed.

This role offers the opportunity to work with a company providing services to public sector clients, contributing to national safety and life-saving initiatives.

If you meet the following criteria, we want to hear from you:

• Experience assisting with the installation of equipment and materials, following contract manuals and procedural documents to quality and time standards under supervision.
• Providing technical support for installed solutions.
• Escalating issues through the appropriate channels for ongoing incidents.
• Reviewing open incidents daily and managing your workflow to resolve issues efficiently.
• Knowledge of IP and network infrastructure products, as well as PC hardware, is preferred.
