Field Technician

We are looking to recruit IT Field Engineers to join our team in Ireland. Candidates must qualify for Garda clearance and be willing to travel to customer sites and our Dublin head office as needed.

This role offers the opportunity to work with a company serving public sector clients, contributing to national safety and life-saving efforts.

Ideal candidates will demonstrate experience in:

• Assisting with the installation of equipment and materials, following contract manuals and procedures to quality and time standards under supervision.
• Providing technical support for installed solutions.
• Escalating issues to Problem Management for recurring incidents.
• Reviewing and managing open incidents daily, ensuring workflow efficiency.
• Knowledge of IP, network infrastructure, and PC hardware is preferred.
