Field Technician

We are looking to recruit IT Field Engineers to join our team in the Republic of Ireland. Candidates must qualify for Garda clearance and be willing to travel to customer sites and our head office in Dublin as needed.

This is a great opportunity to work for a company serving public sector customers, contributing to public safety and saving lives.

Ideal candidates will have demonstrable experience in:

1. Assisting with the installation of equipment and materials, following contract manuals and procedural documents to standards of quality and timeliness under the guidance of the Project Lead Engineer / Field Engineer.
2. Providing technical support for installed solutions.
3. Escalating issues via Field Engineer / Senior Engineer for ongoing incidents.
4. Reviewing open incidents daily and managing workflow to close out issues.
5. IP experience and knowledge of network infrastructure products / PCs is preferred.
