Field Technician

We are looking to recruit IT Field Engineers to join our team in the Republic of Ireland. You will need to qualify for Garda clearance to work for us and be willing to travel to customer sites and our head office in Dublin when required.

This is a great opportunity to work for a company delivering services to public sector customers and contributing to national safety and life-saving efforts.

We want to hear from you if you have:

• Experience assisting with the installation of equipment and materials using the latest contract manuals and procedural documents, ensuring quality and timeliness under the guidance of the Project Lead Engineer / Field Engineer.
• Experience providing technical support for installed solutions.
• Ability to escalate issues via Field Engineer / Senior Engineer for ongoing incidents.
• Experience reviewing open incidents daily and managing your workflow to close out issues.
• Ideally, IP experience and knowledge of network infrastructure products and PCs.
