Job summary

Johnson & Johnson MedTech is seeking an NTS to drive new technology sales in electrophysiology, focusing on clinical education and expert case support (3-5 days a week in the field). You will provide expert technical and clinical support to labs, lead external evaluations and LMRs, develop launch plans, train clinical staff, and collaborate with account managers to accelerate NPI adoption.

This role requires 3+ years in electrophysiology, strong presentation and collaboration skills, and comfort

Qualifications

• Experience providing expert clinical education to customers.
• Ability to articulate clinical data clearly during in-servicing.
• Proven capability to support NPIs and LMR programs.
• Experience in electrophysiology preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert technical and clinical support to electrophysiology labs.
• Lead external clinical evaluations, pilot studies and LMR programs.
• Create go-to-market strategies and launch plans for new products.
• Develop and deliver training for clinical staff, engineers, and sales teams.
• Coordinate clinical cases during launches and gather field feedback.
