Voyage Care is seeking a Field Support Supervisor for the Clacton on Sea service. You will lead a team of care colleagues, develop person-centred plans and ensure high standards of support for people we assist.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising care staff and coordinating daily operations.
• Ability to develop and implement person-centred support plans.
• Experience conducting needs assessments and guiding care decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of care colleagues.
• Develop and implement individual care plans.
• Conduct care needs assessments and provide onboarding for new staff.
• Perform supervision, appraisals and competency assessments.
• Support medication competencies and audits.
• Attend multidisciplinary meetings and liaise with professionals.
• Maintain accurate records and prepare reports.
• Support day-to-day running of the service with management.
