Job summary

Voyage Care Gloucestershire is seeking a Fieldcare Supervisor to lead our Gloucester DCA and help the people we support live more independently. You will develop person-centred support plans, conduct needs assessments, induct new staff, and carry out supervision, appraisals and medication audits.

You’ll also attend multi-disciplinary meetings and support the Branch Manager daily. Anticipated on-call rota is typically 1 in 6, and we value passion, experience in care management, and the ability to

Qualifications

• Experience in care management.
• Level 3 Health & Social Care.
• Experience working with autism, acquired brain injury, complex mental health needs and challenging behaviours.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team to support independence of people.
• Develop and implement person-centred support plans.
• Conduct needs assessments and inductions.
• Complete supervision/appraisals and medication competencies.
• Attend multidisciplinary meetings and support branch manager.
• Participate in on-call rota (1 in 6).
