Job summary

Cadent is seeking a Support Engineer to back frontline repair work across our gas network in the Norwich area. You will join a team led by a Team Leader, helping emergencies, repairs and maintenance while promoting safety and compliant practices.

The role requires outdoor work, physical tasks, and a clean shaven appearance for protective equipment. A full UK driving licence is essential and a 1-in-6 standby rota applies.

• Attend gas escapes and support frontline repair activities

• Promote safe working practices and signposting in the field
• Collaborate with Team Leaders and operational colleagues to deliver high-quality services
• Support patrol and plant protection activities to safeguard Cadent assets
