A leading global Solutions Provider seeks a Field Support Engineer to provide on-site technical support. This role requires travel within the Midland area and involves working with various testing tools related to optical fiber and GPON technology.

We are looking for a Field Support Engineer who will be responsible for providing on-site technical support and assistance to our customers. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background in IT or a related field, with hands-on experience in troubleshooting hardware and software issues. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential for effectively interacting with clients and understanding their technical needs. Experience in installing, configuring, and maintaining computer systems, servers, and networks is desired. This role involves diagnosing network issues, maintaining equipment, and performing routine technical tasks related to optical fiber and GPON technology. The technician will work with various testing tools, manage active IP core switches, and ensure effective communication and collaboration with teams across different regions.
