Job summary

Culligan UK is seeking a motivated Field Service Technician in Leicester to service water treatment systems at customer sites. You will perform maintenance, installations and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance.

Qualifications

• Driving licence with a maximum of 6 points.
• Experience preferred in plumbing or electrical fields; full training provided.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
• Excellent communication and rapport-building with customers.

Responsibilities

• Carry out regular maintenance and repairs on water treatment systems.
• Handle the installation and troubleshooting of equipment at clients' locations.
• Oversee service schedules to reduce downtime for customers.
• Keep precise records of service visits and communicate issues or suggestions.
• Engage with customers to understand needs and deliver outstanding service.
• Weekly visits to the Service Centre to replenish parts and supplies.
