Job summary

Culligan UK Limited is seeking a motivated Field Service Technician to join our team. You will service and maintain water treatment systems at customer sites, installing and troubleshooting equipment and ensuring uptime.

The role involves regular travel to client locations, a Monday–Friday pattern, and training opportunities to progress within the field operations team. A company van, uniform and tablets are provided along with pension and other benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in plumbing or electrical fields preferred but training will be provided.
• Full driving licence with a maximum of 6 points.
• Strong DIY skills and experience using power tools.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Willingness to travel to client sites and work across customer locations.

Responsibilities

• Carry out regular maintenance and repairs on water treatment systems.
• Handle installation and troubleshooting at clients' locations.
• Oversee service schedules to minimise downtime for customers.
• Keep precise records of service visits and report issues or suggestions.
• Engage with customers to understand needs and deliver outstanding service.
• Weekly visits to the designated Service Centre to replenish parts and supplies.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively.
• Operate with strong DIY skills and use of power tools.
