Job summary
Culligan UK is seeking a motivated Field Service Technician to join our field operations team. You will service water treatment systems at customers' sites, perform maintenance and repairs, and ensure systems run reliably to deliver clean water.
We offer ongoing training, progression opportunities, a company van for site visits, and a supportive environment designed to develop your technical and customer service skills.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in plumbing or electrical fields preferred, but full training will be provided.
- A full and valid driving license with a maximum of 6 points.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively.
- Strong DIY skills and experience using power tools.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
Responsibilities
- Carry out regular maintenance and repairs on water treatment systems.
- Handle the installation and troubleshooting of equipment directly at clients' locations.
- Efficiently oversee service schedules to reduce downtime for our customers.
- Keep precise records of service visits and communicate any issues or suggestions.
- Engage with customers to grasp their needs and deliver outstanding customer service.
- Weekly visits to the designated Service Centre to replenish parts and supplies.
