Job summary

Ecolab, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Service Technician for Food & Beverage to support customers across the UK. You will implement service concepts, check dosing equipment, and collaborate with customer laboratories on microbiological issues, while developing tailored solutions and delivering training.

The role requires practical experience in food production (dairy preferred), strong communication, and time management. Travel regionally and proficiency in MS Office are expected assets.

Qualifications

• Qualified training in food technology (academic or vocational with additional qualifications)
• Experience in food production or processing (dairy preferred)
• Strong communication and teamwork
• High degree of problem-solving orientation, flexibility and time management
• Excellent knowledge of German and good written and spoken English
• Routine handling of MS Office programs
• Driver's license and willingness to travel (regional)

Responsibilities

• Implement service concepts in the field of food technology, including routine visits to check chemical concentration, dosing equipment function and cleaning results
• Coordinate with customer laboratories on microbiological issues
• Develop and implement customer-specific solutions to problems
• Conduct presentations and customer training
• Engage in sales-oriented project work for corporate account customers
• Manage and maintain customer-related data, prepare reports and plan weekly work independently
