Job summary

Trane Technologies is seeking a Field Service Technician to deliver exceptional customer service and on-site maintenance for customer facilities across the Bradford area.

You will diagnose system issues, perform preventative maintenance and coordinate with service desks and customers to ensure smooth operations while adhering to safety and regulatory requirements.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are essential, as is a UK driving licence and right to work in the UK.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in service or field-based technician role.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose system problems during service visits at customer sites.
• Carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance and breakdown work.
• Build strong relationships with customers and coordinate with service desk, sales and operations.
• Utilize diagnostic software and tools following specifications to repair units.
• Generate reports on completed work orders and invoicing.
