Responsibilities

• Diagnose system problems when servicing products and equipment on customer sites.
• Attend customer sites for Planned Preventative Maintenance, breakdowns, warranty, hire and commissioning workloads.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers as a trusted point of contact.
