Job summary

Culligan UK Limited in Worthing, England, is seeking a motivated Field Service Technician to join our team. You will service water treatment systems at customer sites and ensure they operate reliably.

We provide full training, ongoing development, and clear progression within a supportive field operations team. Hours are Monday–Friday 8:30am–5:00pm, with a company van, uniform and benefits.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in plumbing or electrical fields preferred, but full training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Carry out regular maintenance and repairs on water treatment systems.
• Install and troubleshoot equipment at client sites.
• Manage service schedules to minimise downtime.
• Keep accurate records of service visits and issues.
• Engage with customers to understand their needs and deliver excellent service.
• Weekly visits to Service Centre to replenish parts and supplies.

Hours of Work: Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm

Core Role & Responsibilities:

• Carry out regular maintenance and repairs on water treatment systems.
• Handle the installation and troubleshooting of equipment directly at clients' locations.
• Efficiently oversee service schedules to reduce downtime for our customers.
• Keep precise records of service visits and communicate any issues or suggestions.
• Engage with customers to grasp their needs and deliver outstanding customer service
• Weekly visits to the designated Service Centre to replenish parts and supplies.

Requirements

• Proven experience in plumbing or electrical fields preferred, but full training will be provided.
• A full and valid driving license with a maximum of 6 points.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively.
• Strong DIY skills and experience using power tools.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
