Job summary

Culligan UK is seeking a motivated Field Service Technician to service and repair water treatment systems at customer sites across our region. In this role you will perform regular maintenance, diagnose faults, install equipment and ensure minimal downtime while delivering excellent customer service.

We offer ongoing training, a company van with private use option, pension and generous holiday entitlement, with clear opportunities for progression within our field operations team.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in plumbing or electrical fields preferred, but full training will be provided.
• A full and valid driving license with a maximum of 6 points.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively.
• Strong DIY skills and experience using power tools.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently oversee service schedules to reduce downtime for our customers.
• Keep precise records of service visits and communicate any issues or suggestions.

• Weekly visits to the designated Service Centre to replenish parts and supplies.

Hours of Work

Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm
